Fired Up Lincolnshire Ltd offer payment terms on a 50%/50% basis, meaning that on agreement of the contract, a 50% deposit of the total bill is paid by credit/debit card, bank transfer or cash. On the final day of the installation, service or delivery, the customer will pay the remaining 50% outstanding balance by any of the methods above.
Fired Up Lincolnshire Ltd offer the statutory 14 day cooling off period following agreement of contract and deposits being paid. As all items are bespoke and ordered to specific customer preferences, there will be a 20% restocking charge of the full balance made to Fired up Lincolnshire Ltd.
All Installations are carried out by independent Installers who are sub-contracted by Fired Up Lincolnshire Ltd.
Fired Up Lincolnshire Ltd recommend that your chimney is swept prior to any installation. This can be arranged by our in-house chimney sweep team and by doing so your chimney is then clear and ready for the installation team.
Fired Up Lincolnshire Ltd reserve the right to change fitting dates and are not liable should a product not arrive on the date expected from a supplier. The customer will be offered an additional waiting period or to select alternative comparable items.
Fired Up Lincolnshire Ltd supply and use various natural materials such as oak for beams, stone, and slate for hearths etc. and cannot get exact matches to what is displayed in the showroom, because they are natural materials, and everything is individual. Fired Up Lincolnshire Ltd are not liable for any colour variations, discolouring, wilting, splitting, and cracking which may occur over time from these natural materials.
Refusing access to a property/premises denying Fired Up Lincolnshire Ltd the opportunity to complete any works for whatever reason will result in the customer still being liable under contract to pay the remaining balance in full, as per initial payment terms.
Any concerns or issues on the day of installation should be expressed to Fired Up Lincolnshire Ltd before the installation team leave the premises and will not affect the payment terms of Fired Up Lincolnshire Ltd.
Flue liners and associated materials have warranties direct with the manufacturer who are liable; so, if there is a fault with any part, Fired Up Lincolnshire Ltd will report to the manufacturer on behalf of the customer.
Fired Up Lincolnshire Ltd Installers advise what is the most appropriate fuel for the products they are installing and are not liable should other fuels be used, and damage then caused to the product.
The body of the stove is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty which you will receive on the day of the installation and is up to the customer to liaise with the manufacturer. Any replacement of consumables/stove parts used within the stove is at the discretion of the manufacturer.
Fired Up Lincolnshire Ltd reserve the right to cancel a contracted job and refund deposit monies at any time.
Should any product/item be delivered and is defective or damaged; Fired Up Lincolnshire Ltd will contact the manufacturer direct and then offer the customer a resolution within 14 days.
Should the customer have an issue with service conduct of any staff or service associated with Fired Up Lincolnshire Ltd then the customer will be offered a resolution within 14 days.
Fired Up Lincolnshire Ltd complaints procedure is to contact the showroom at the earliest opportunity on 01507 358979 or to email at firstname.lastname@example.org Fired Up Lincolnshire Ltd will endeavour to resolve the complaint as soon as is possible. Should the customer be dissatisfied, then the complaint will escalate to the Showroom Manager for Fired Up Lincolnshire Ltd.
All products and materials remain the property of Fired Up Lincolnshire Ltd until the final balance has been settled. If payment is not received in full, Fired Up Lincolnshire Ltd will have the right to claim back their property.
Upon agreement and signing the invoice, the customer is entering into a contract with Fired Up Lincolnshire Ltd subject to these Terms & Conditions.
